Not included in the price
Government visa fees (embassy fees), usually EUR 90 per adult and EUR 45 per child aged 6 to under 12. The applicant pays them directly on the appointment day, as instructed by the embassy.

Required documents
- Passport: Original and copy, valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Proof of identity: National ID for the main applicant, and the family card for other family members, if applicable.
- Two personal photos: White background, 3.5 × 4.5 cm, unedited. Men without a shemagh; women with the hairline visible.
- Salary certificate: Recent (issued within the last 30 days) and in English if possible. Private-sector employees need it attested by the Chamber of Commerce; business owners need the original and a copy of their commercial registration in English.
- Bank statement: Last 3 months, in English and stamped by the bank; some embassies may require 6 months for residents. We recommend a balance that covers your trip costs (usually SAR 15,000 or more).
- For residents: An iqama (residence permit) valid for at least 3 months after your return date, plus a printed exit and re-entry visa from Absher. Most embassies also ask residents for a bank statement covering the last 6 months. You can upload these with your order or send them later via WhatsApp.
Processing time and validity
- Issuance: Usually within 15 days, depending on the embassy, and up to 45 days in special cases.
- Validity: Saudi citizens are usually issued a 5-year multiple-entry visa when they meet the requirements, provided their passport is valid for at least 5 years and 3 months. For residents, validity depends on the embassy's decision and their previous visa history.
- Travel: A Polish Schengen visa lets you visit 29 European countries during its validity.

Before you order
- Biometrics center: Applications for Poland are submitted in person at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Poland in Riyadh, after booking an appointment through the e-Konsulat system.
- Biometrics appointment: We contact you to choose an available time slot. Any change after the appointment is confirmed incurs additional fees from the visa center.
- Embassy fees: Not included in the service price; they are paid directly to the embassy.
