Not included in the price
Government visa fees (embassy fees), usually equivalent to EUR 90 per adult and EUR 45 per child aged 6 to under 12. The applicant pays them directly on the day of the appointment, according to the embassy's instructions.

Required documents
- Passport: Original and copy, valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Proof of identity: National ID for the main applicant, and the family card for other family members, if applicable.
- Two personal photos: White background, 3.5 × 4.5 size, unedited. Men without a shemagh; women with the hairline visible.
- Salary certificate: Recent (issued within the last 30 days) and in English if possible. For private-sector employees, it must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce; business owners need the original and a copy of their commercial registration in English.
- Bank statement: Last 3 months, in English and stamped by the bank; some embassies may require 6 months for residents. We recommend a balance that covers your trip expenses (usually SAR 15,000 or more).
- For residents: An iqama valid for at least 3 months after your return date and a printed exit and re-entry visa from Absher. Most embassies also require residents to provide a bank statement for the last 6 months. You can upload these with your order or send them later via WhatsApp.
Processing time & validity
- Processing: Usually 7 to 14 business days after the biometrics appointment, depending on the embassy.
- Validity: Saudi citizens are usually issued a 5-year multiple-entry visa when the requirements are met, provided the passport is valid for at least 5 years and 3 months. For residents, it depends on the embassy's decision and previous visa history.
- Travel: An Austrian Schengen visa lets you visit 29 European countries within its validity.
