Required Documents
Not meeting the requirements may delay your visa, so please review them before ordering:
- Salary certificate: Recent (less than 30 days old) and in English if possible. Government employees need a color stamp from their employer; private-sector employees need it on official letterhead and attested by the Chamber of Commerce; business owners need the original and a copy of their commercial registration in English.
- Bank statement: Last 3 months, in English and stamped by the bank; some embassies may require 6 months for residents. We recommend a balance that covers your trip costs (usually SAR 15,000 or more).
- Residence permit (iqama): Valid for at least 3 months from the return date, with an exit/re-entry visa issued and a copy of the Absher request attached.
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
- Two personal photos: White background, 3.5 × 4.5 cm, without editing. Men without a shemagh; women with the hairline visible.
- Additional documents: A copy of your National Address, copies of your flight and hotel reservations, and a color copy of the front of your bank card, with the original card brought on the interview day.
- Uploading documents: Clear scanned copies in JPG or PNG format.
Processing Time and Appointment
- Issuance: Usually 7 to 14 working days after biometrics.
- Validity: At the embassy's discretion, varying by purpose of travel and the documents submitted.
- Biometrics appointment: Our Traveler Care Center contacts you to confirm an available time slot; any change after confirmation incurs additional fees.
