1. Terms of Use & Privacy Policy: the terms of using the store, the obligations of both parties, limitation of liability, and how your personal data is handled.
2. Exchange & Return Policy: cases of cancellation, refund and replacement.
By completing any order, you agree to their contents. In case of any discrepancy, their text prevails over any summary or other text published in the store.
Key things to know before you order
- You must be 18 years of age or older. Orders for minors are submitted by their legal guardian.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and documents. Orders with forged documents are canceled without a refund.
- We prepare and follow up on applications; we are not an issuing authority. The visa decision rests solely with the embassy or competent authority, and the stated timeframes are estimates.
- Work on your order begins immediately after payment. Amounts are not refunded once work has begun, nor if the visa is refused.
- Two offers cannot be combined, nor two discount codes in a single order, unless stated otherwise.
- A temporary reservation is not valid for travel; it is for visa applications only.
- Do not buy non-refundable tickets before your visa is issued.
